形態特徵

• This variety is distinguished from var. <i>subulatus</i> by the following:<br> 1. Leaves wider, 0.8–2.5 cm; middle part of lamina is widest.<br> 2. Leaves petiolate instead of sessile and subamplexicaul as in var. <i>subulatus</i>.<br> 3. Heads slightly larger, 7–9 mm long.<br> 4. Ligules pale purple, pappus shorter than tubular part of floret.<br> 5. Pappus not prominent before maturity of seeds.<br>
